To hold your spot in the retreat, payment is due once you receive the email from us with payment information. Payment can be made via paypal at paypal.me/KimStokely or firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also pay through check. Checks should be made out to Kim Stokely and sent to 5178 Tuition Place, Freeland, WA 98249.
We understand that life challenges emerge and changes happen. If you find it necessary to cancel your attendance, refunds will be based on the policy below.
If you cancel and notify Kim by phone or email prior to September 6, 2019, you will be eligible for a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of $100.00.
If you cancel and notify Kim by phone or email after September 6, 2019 but prior to September 20, 2019, you will be eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the total retreat registration fee.
If you cancel within 14 days of the retreat, no refunds will be available.
No refunds will be issued due to late arrival, early departure, or any unused portion of the retreat.
Karen Harding and Kim Stokely reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel the retreat prior to the start for any reason, including lack of participants or acts of nature and/or circumstances beyond our control. In this case, any payments received will be refunded in full, and this will constitute full settlement. Karen Harding and Kim Stokely are not responsible for any additional expenses due to a cancelled retreat, such as the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets, hotel charges, and/or other similar charges or expenses. Kim Stokely and Karen Harding reserve the right to accept, refuse, or decline any participation at any time for any reason of any person. In such a case, Karen Harding and Kim Stokely's liability is limited to the actual cost of the unused services.

Karen Harding and Kim Stokely hereby expressly disclaim any liability for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay or irregularity, and any claim for special or consequential damages, or any other loss which may be occasioned by the acts and/or omissions, whether negligent, intentional, wrongful or otherwise, of any entity or individual not under the direct supervision and control of Kim Stokely and Karen Harding.
